M & B Rustic Rentals

Items may be rented for up to 4 days.

Items should be reserved as soon as possible to ensure you get the treasures you want to make your day special.  If your date falls during peak season, availability may be limited.

A deposit of 50% of the total rental price is due at the time of your reservation.  Once the deposit is received, the items are confirmed for your dates.  

All reservations deposits are non-refundable and can be made by cash or check only.  No credit cards are accepted at this time.

The remaining balance will be due 14 days prior to your pick up or delivery date.

We offer delivery within a __ mile radius of Marysville.  Delivery prices are dependent on the total rental cost and/or number of items rented.

Delivery charges do not include set-up or dismantling of your rental items.  Delivery entails us dropping off the items at a designated area at the venue and picking up at the same area.

Item set up is available for an additional charge.  Cost for set up is dependent on the number of items.  Charges for set up can be discussed at the time you place your order.   

Items are available for pick up, as long as you have the proper and necessary means of transporting your items safely.

For items requiring delivery, a minimum of $250 is required to reserve your selection.

You are responsible for the items from the time of pick up or delivery to the venue, until you return the items or we pick up the items.   We will try to make any repairs that are necessary, but should any items become stained, broken, or damaged beyond repair, the renter will be charged  4 x”s the cost of the rented items.  

Care of Linens – linens may be returned clean or we will wash them for you at a charge of $1.00 apiece.

A separate refundable security and damage deposit is required at the time the remaining balance is paid.   Once all pieces are returned on time and in good condition, a check will be made out to you in full.
